C^SASA Christians Standing Against Sexual Abuse

The exact definition of “rape,” “sexual assault,” “sexual abuse” and similar terms differs by state. Sexual assault is a general term that includes sexual harassment, unwanted sexual contact, child sexual abuse, incest, and rape. Sexual contact becomes assault when a person is unable to or does not consent to the sexual activity.

Unfortunately, sexual assault can come in many forms. Sexual assault, in any form, is a violent crime. Even if you know the person, you trusted the person, you have had sex before, you didn’t fight back, it happened a long time ago, or you were under the influence of drugs or alcohol, sex without your consent is rape. It is wrong and it is illegal.

HELP AND SUPPORT

C^SASA is a support group(s) for those seeking healing from sexual abuse. We are a not-for-profit, self-help support group operating within Shiloh Christian Church’s Healing Room. We are a Christians recognizing that Christ hears hurting people and provides help. C^SASA seeks to be that place to go for people hurting psychologically and spiritually from sexual abuse.

Participants need not be members of Shiloh Christian Church, or affiliated with any church or particular religion. ALL those seeking healing from the emotional, psychological or spiritual effects of sexual abuse are welcome if she is eighteen years of age or older.

ALL INFORMATION PERTAINING TO C^SASA PARTICIPATION IS STRICTLY HELD AS CONFIDENTIAL.
