Whiting Forensic is a facility that is located on the grounds of the Connecticut Valley Hospital. It is operated by the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services.

 

The Bible Study that it conducted at Whiting is offered an a outreach of Shiloh and is specifically targeted to those who are incarcerated. Participants come on a voluntary basis and and their lives are enriched by the Word of God.
