WHO WE ARE
Discipleship Through Relationship
...Ministering to the whole man & teaching the uncompromised truth of the Word of God...
Shiloh Christian is an Interdenominational fellowship of believers who share a common faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. The Shiloh family is diverse. God has blessed our congregation with people from several nations around the world, from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds, and from a wide range of socioeconomic positions. We are a church that is committed to ministering to the whole man and teaching the uncompromised truth of the Word of God.
Founded in 1987 by Rev. Amalia Rylander, Shiloh has been pastored by Rev. Paul Hylton since 1988. At Shiloh, the people of God from the nations of the world, unite in spirit to offer praise to our loving God.
Meet Our Pastors
PASTOR PAUL is the senior pastor of Shiloh Christian Church. After receiving the call to the ministry, he pursued his Christian education. He is a graduate of East Texas Bible College in Tyler, TX and holds a Bachelor's of Theology degree from Vision Christian University, a Master's degree in Biblical Studies, and a Doctorate degree in Theological Studies from Biblical Life & Seminary.
His passion for world missions led Pastor Paul to start the Jesus Christ Evangelistic Team Ministries, an international short-term missionary organization that specializes in leadership development and evangelism. His ministry has taken him to different parts of the United States and many countries around the world, including Italy, France, Holland, England, Romania, India, Pakistan, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, Jamaica, Haiti, Peru, and others. Additionally, Pastor Paul is the founder and President of the Middlesex Institute of
Theology and Technology.
PASTOR DONNA serves alongside her husband Paul assisting in the overall operations of the ministry as the Pastor of Administration and Counseling. Pastor Donna is also a professor at Middlesex Community College where she teaches Information Technology and Computer Applications courses. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Computer Systems from Hofstra University in Long Island, NY, a Master’s degree in Computer Information Technology from Central Connecticut State University, and a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in Virginia. Publisher of a booklet titled Principles of Prayer, she has written many articles for Christian publications on marriage, parenting, relationships, the deeper life, prayer, and other Christian topics.
Paul and Donna Hylton have been married since 1983. Together they have four daughters and three grand-daughters. The Hyltons are partners in the work of the Lord; they share many responsibilities in the ministries. They believe that the foundation of a strong church and a strong nation is contingent of the strength of the family. They believe that marriage is a sacred institution that should be honored and the family is the very fiber of a solid society.
